Booking, step by step

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

What to have ready

Drivers from 18 up, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, are welcome. If you are under 26, expect a young driver fee each day; there is no upper age limit. Payment is by a card in your name, shown with your licence at pickup.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
