How booking works

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. Then we send an offer. The offer shows the price before 13% HST and the deposit. The car is yours for those dates once you approve and pay the offer.

Each car's calendar shows the days it is already booked. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

Who can rent

Every driver must be 18 or older with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. We need to see the card and the licence of the person renting.

Every rate includes liability to others. Damage to the car is covered by your choice: OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Every driver's licence and identity are checked before we confirm.
