A note on Weldon

Under the hood

It is powered by the 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid, with all-wheel drive. As a hybrid, it does best in stop-and-go traffic, where the electric motor does more of the work. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

The EPA rates it at 8.3 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 25 litres. Per 100 km, plan on roughly $12.87.

Practical details

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. In plain terms, its 340 litres of luggage space hold about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

A good match for

It suits a work trip where a reliable car matters more than anything else. It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one.

Our A4 cars

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates.

How renting with us works

You choose a car and your dates online and send a request. Sending it costs nothing. We look at the request and send back an offer with the price for your exact dates. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. One booking runs up to 365 days, and a longer stay renews with a new agreement. With 2 hours of notice or more, a same-day pickup can work when the car is free.

The rules, briefly

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. We accept young drivers; those under 26 pay a daily fee. Cars marked "no credit card needed" accept a debit card in your name; the others need a credit card.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
