How a booking comes together

First you send a request with the car and the times. No card is charged for it. We check the calendar and your details, then send you an offer with the total. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Before you rent

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. At pickup, have your original licence and the payment card ready.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held about 1 hour ahead of pickup and released after the return. Each extra driver is checked the same way and signs the rental agreement.
