This Eagle page is written for a car while yours is off the road: the car first, then renting it from us. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it.

From request to keys

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. We send the offer to your account and your email, with the total shown. If the offer works for you, approve and pay to confirm. If not, you owe nothing.

Every car on the site has a page of its own, with its calendar and its rates. Trips of 7 days or more use the weekly rate, and shorter trips never cost more than it. Last-minute plans are fine with at least 2 hours of notice.

Who qualifies

The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. Your original licence, not a photo, comes with you to the handover.

You need one of three things in place for damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your own policy, a credit card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. If another person will drive, add them; they go through the same check.
