Courtesy car: the Ford

For a car while yours is off the road, the Ford is one of many cars on CarmaCars, each with its own page. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it.

Reading the spec sheet

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

How big it is

The one in our fleet seats 4.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

Can you rent one?

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. We have 3 Ford cars on the site now, each with its own calendar and price. From $135 a day before tax, for our matching cars. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.

From request to keys

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. We reply with an offer for the car and the dates, priced in full. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

Each car page lists what is included and what costs extra. Stay as long as you need: up to 365 days a booking, then renew. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

Who can rent

Drivers need to be 18 or over, holding an Ontario G2 or G licence for the whole rental. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

You pick how damage to the car is handled before pickup: OPCF 27, a credit card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.

Next step

Send your dates and we will reply with a car and a price.
