Reading the spec sheet

Checking your details

Renters must be at least 18 and hold an Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.

Getting the car booked

You ask for the car you want for the dates you need. The request itself is free. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.
