How booking works

Every rental begins with a request from you. It costs nothing and it does not hold the car. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. You decide: approve and pay, or let it go. No charge either way until you approve.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

What we need from you

You must be 18 or older and hold a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. The name on the card has to match the name on the licence.

For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car's deposit is listed on its page, so you know it before you ask. We confirm each driver's licence and identity the same way.
