How it works

A short online request with the car and your times gets things moving, at no cost. A real person reviews your request and sends an offer with the price spelled out. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

Driver requirements

Drivers 18 and older can rent with a valid Ontario G2 or G licence. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. A credit card in your name is needed, except on cars marked "no credit card needed", which take debit.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit applies to every rental. It is shown on the car's page and taken about 1 hour before pickup. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.
