The Panos for a car while yours is off the road: the facts first, then the booking. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly.

What to have ready
The minimum age is 18, and the licence must be an Ontario G2 or G, valid for the whole trip. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.
If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is released after the return, once the car is checked. Extra drivers are welcome; each one is checked and signs the agreement.
What to expect when you book
Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. You have 24 hours to approve an offer, and payment comes with your approval.
Each car shows its own extra kilometre rate, so nothing surprises you later. From 7 days, the weekly rate takes over. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.

Can I rent a Panos in Toronto?

How old do I need to be to rent?
18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Drivers aged 18 to 20 pay a young driver fee of $35 a day, and 21 to 25 pay $20 a day.
How much is the deposit?
Between $500 and $5,000, depending on the car. It is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book, and the balance is released within 7 business days after you return the car.
What coverage do I need?
Third-party liability is included in the rate. For damage to the car itself, have your own policy (OPCF 27), a credit card with rental car coverage, or add the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer by car and driver age. At $2,500 or more we claim on our fleet policy and you pay the $2,500 deductible.
Can the car be delivered?
Yes, anywhere, including Toronto Pearson International Airport and Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport. Delivery starts at $0 plus the distance from our location, priced in your offer. Collecting the car yourself is free.
