Places around Java include Selby, Lowry and Sitka.

Engine and fuel

Its 5.7L 8-cylinder drives through an 8-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.

The combined figure, 13.6 L/100 km, means roughly 41 litres for 300 km. Driving 300 km costs roughly $63.24 at our price setting.

Who it is for

It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Size and space

As a pickup truck, it has an open bed for things that would never fit in a trunk.

Can you rent one?

Your request can name this exact car; the offer confirms what we can give you. We have none on the site right now. Send a request for this exact car and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Your request, our offer, your keys

Your part at the start is short: choose a car and dates and send a free request. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. Your card is charged only when you approve the offer.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Renting: the basics

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

If your own policy has OPCF 27 or your card covers rental cars, use that; otherwise add the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We hold the deposit shortly before pickup and release it after the return. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
