The 3.0L 6-cylinder turbo, paired with an 8-speed automatic, drives it. It runs on diesel, sold at most highway stations. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.

By the EPA's combined rating of 9.0 L/100 km, 300 km takes about 27 litres. In energy, every 100 km costs about $13.95 at our price setting.

What to expect from the 1500

A pickup is long and tall, so plan for parking and low garages.

Best uses

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

In our fleet

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates.

What you need to rent

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Drivers below 26 pay a fee each day of the rental, and older drivers pay none. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Third-party liability comes with every rate. For the car itself: your own policy with OPCF 27, a card that covers rentals, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Your deposit is held for the rental and released after the car comes back and is checked. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.

Your request, our offer, your keys

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. We answer with a written offer: the car, the dates, the price and the deposit. Pay when you approve, not a minute before.

Open a car to see its photos, rates, deposit and kilometres included. Book by the week from 7 days, or by the month up to 365 days. A pickup can be as soon as 2 hours after your request, when the car is free.
