What happens when you ask for a car

You start by asking: a car, a start time, an end time. Asking is free. If the car is free, you get an offer with the full price; if not, we suggest another car. An offer is valid for 24 hours, and you pay only when you approve it.

Prices on each car's page are before tax, and the offer adds the tax. Weekly pricing starts at 7 days, and a trip never costs more than that rate for a week. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.

What we need from you

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. There is no upper age limit, and drivers under 26 pay a fee for each day. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Choose before pickup how damage to the car is handled: your policy with OPCF 27, your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
