About the 2012 Rolls-Royce Phantom

The 2012 Rolls-Royce Phantom is on this page for courtesy car: here is what to know before you request one. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it.

Specs, explained

Power: the 6.7L 12-cylinder; drive: rear-wheel drive. It calls for premium gas, which costs more a litre than regular. Rear-wheel drive gives balanced handling; in winter, the tires make the biggest difference.

At 17.3 L/100 km combined, a 300 km drive takes roughly 52 litres of fuel. The fuel for 100 km comes to about $30.28 at our price setting.

Is it right for your trip?

It suits anyone who needs a car for a few days, a week or a month without buying one. It suits people curious about the model who want to drive it before they buy.

What the Phantom is like

As a compact car, it is easy to drive and park in the city. The EPA lists 396 litres for luggage, roughly about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.

Before you rent

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. You show your original licence and your card when we hand you the keys.

Third-party liability is part of every rate, and damage to the car is handled by OPCF 27, a card benefit or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken about 1 hour before pickup, never when you book. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.

From request to keys

Booking is by request, never instant. You send the car and the dates, and a person at CarmaCars reviews it. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. You pay only once you approve the offer.

The car pages show each car's rates, deposit and kilometres included. For longer stays, each booking of up to 365 days renews with a new agreement. The minimum notice is 2 hours, so an afternoon pickup can be requested in the morning.
