Driver basics

Every driver needs an Ontario G2 or G licence and must be 18 or older. A daily young driver fee applies to drivers under 26, with no maximum age. We check that the card and the licence carry the same name.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. Each car shows its deposit, and we take it about 1 hour before pickup. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
