What to have ready

You need to be 18 or older at pickup, with an Ontario G2 or G licence valid for the whole rental. Age fees stop at 26: younger drivers pay a daily young driver fee. Your licence and the card you paid with come with you to the pickup.

Before the keys change hands, one of three options must be in place for the car: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is taken shortly before pickup, and the balance comes back after the return. Each driver named on the booking signs the rental agreement.

Getting the car booked

All you send at first is a request with the car and the dates, and it is free. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. You pay only once you approve the offer.

The calendar on each car's page helps you pick dates that work. A week or more is priced at the weekly rate, from 7 days. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.
