Getting the car booked

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. We review it and reply with an offer that shows the whole price, delivery included when you asked for it. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Every car lists its own deposit and the kilometres included each day. A rental of 7 days or longer is priced at the weekly rate. We need at least 2 hours of notice before a pickup.

Rules for renters

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is separate from the rental price and is returned after the rental. Name every driver in your request, and each is checked before pickup.
