A note on Java

Neighbouring areas include Selby, Lowry and Sitka.

The numbers in plain words

It uses the 2.5L 4-cylinder and front-wheel drive. It runs on regular gas. Front-wheel drive is the usual layout for cars this size, predictable in the rain and the snow.

The combined figure, 7.4 L/100 km, means roughly 22 litres for 300 km. Every 100 km costs about $11.47 in fuel at our price setting.

Inside and out

Being a mid-size car, it is easy to park and comfortable on longer drives. Its 396 litres of luggage space fit about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

A good match for

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

Renting it

Put this car and your dates in a request, and we reply with an offer. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 7 similar cars are listed below.

Before you rent

From age 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence, you can send a request. Young drivers, under 26, can rent too, with a fee for each day. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. The deposit comes about 1 hour before you get the car, not at booking. We verify licences and identity for every renter, with no exceptions.

Your booking, in three steps

Pick the car and the dates that suit you, then send a request. There is no payment at that point. The reply is an offer you can read in full before you decide anything. Approving the offer and paying it confirms the booking.

Each car has its own page with its photos, its rates and its calendar. Book one day, one week, or up to 365 days at once. Short notice is fine: 2 hours is the minimum before a pickup.

Talk to a person

Ready? Request the car. If you change your mind before approving the offer, nothing is charged.
