Courtesy car and the 2021 Toyota Corolla L

This page joins two things: courtesy car, and the 2021 Toyota Corolla L in plain words. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it.

A note on Yameri

Yameri is about 3,364 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area. If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Yameri.

San Francisco el Ocatal, San Francisco el Ocotal and Río Tiltepec are the neighbouring places on our list.

What the specs mean

Power comes from the 2.0L 4-cylinder, driving through a 10-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

The EPA rates it at 6.6 L/100 km combined, so a 300 km weekend uses about 20 litres. A 300 km weekend costs about $30.69 in energy at our price setting.

Good uses for the Corolla

It suits commuters, couples and business trips. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

Inside and out

Its car body is low and settled, with a separate trunk. The EPA measures its luggage space at 510 litres, roughly a family's bags for a long weekend.

Our Corolla cars

If you want this one, say so in the request; we confirm before you pay. None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now.

Booking, step by step

The first step is a free request: which car, which dates, and how you want to get it. A staff member reads the request and sends the offer. We reply within 2 hours. Say yes to the offer and pay; that is when the booking is made.

You can check any car's calendar before you send a request. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. Pickups need at least 2 hours of notice from the time you send the request.

The rules, briefly

Ontario G2 or G licence holders aged 18 and up can request a car. Under 26, a young driver fee applies for each day of the rental. The card must be in the driver's name, and we check it with the licence in person.

Three options cover damage to the car: OPCF 27 on your auto policy, a credit card with rental car benefits, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. We check every driver; it takes a few minutes and protects everyone.
