Courtesy car with this car

For a car while yours is off the road, the 2021 Toyota Corolla SE is one of many cars on CarmaCars, each with its own page. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly.

Renting for Java

If you are starting from Toronto, rent the car here and drive it to Java. Java is about 770 km from Toronto, outside our delivery area.

Lucks, Ebenezer and Shockoe are the neighbouring places on our list.

What the figures tell you

The 2.0L 4-cylinder does the work, through a 10-speed automatic. It runs on regular gas. With front-wheel drive, the weight of the engine sits over the driven wheels, which helps in winter.

The combined figure, 6.6 L/100 km, means roughly 20 litres for 300 km. At our price setting, it costs about $10.23 to drive 100 km.

A good match for

It suits a stretch of weeks between selling one car and buying the next. It suits a weekend away when the train does not reach where you are going.

What the Corolla is like

A car body like this keeps the weight low, so it feels settled on the highway. At 510 litres, the trunk fits a family's bags for a long weekend.

Renting the Corolla from CarmaCars

None in our fleet right now; ask and we look for one for your dates. Want a car for specific dates? Put them in the request and we check. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner.

From request to keys

Requests are free: choose a car, add your dates, and send it. Our reply is an offer that lists the rate, the kilometres included and any delivery fee. The booking is confirmed when you approve the offer and pay it.

Each car shows its rate for a day, a weekend day, a week and a month. Need it longer than 365 days? Renew with a new agreement when the booking ends. Plan for at least 2 hours between sending the request and picking up the car.

What we ask of drivers

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. From 26, no age fee applies; below it, a daily young driver fee does. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. We take the deposit shortly before pickup and return it after the car comes back. The checks are the same for everyone: licence, identity and the agreement.

Make a request

A request costs nothing, and the offer tells you everything.
