Courtesy car with this car

If you need a car while yours is off the road, the Volvo is one option; this page explains the car and how booking works. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly.

Specs, explained

The EPA does not rate this model year for fuel use; heavier trucks and vans are often not rated.

Who it is for

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits a family trip where everyone and everything fits in one car.

Can you rent one?

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. We have no Volvo on the site right now. Send a request with the model you want, and we look for one for your dates. Meanwhile, 6 similar cars are listed below. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.

Licence, age and card

Ontario G2 or G licences are accepted, for drivers 18 and older. No maximum age, and a daily fee only for drivers under 26. Bring the card in your name that paid for the booking.

Before pickup, choose how damage to the car is handled: your auto policy (OPCF 27), your credit card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.

Booking made plain

The process opens with a request from you, which costs nothing and binds you to nothing. Someone on our team confirms the car is free for those dates and sends you an offer with every charge listed. Nothing is charged until you approve it and pay.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. The longer the booking, the lower the rate a day tends to be. Allow 2 hours or more between your request and the pickup time.
