For a car while yours is off the road, here is what the VPG brings, and how to request one. When your adjuster approves a rental, we can bill your insurance company directly. After a collision, your insurer may pay for the rental once your adjuster approves it.

Who it is for

It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month. It suits visitors who want a familiar car for a week in town.

Renting it

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. We have no VPG on the site right now. Send a request with the model you want, and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are listed below if you need one now. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.

Your request, our offer, your keys

A request is free and takes a few minutes: the car, your dates, and pickup or delivery. You get an offer that says exactly what the rental costs before tax. You pay only once you approve the offer.

Rates are set car by car and shown on each car's page. Longer trips cost less a day: the weekly rate starts at 7 days. Requests need at least 2 hours of notice before the pickup time.

The rules, briefly

We need every driver to be at least 18, with an Ontario G2 or G licence. Each day of the rental carries a young driver fee if a driver is under 26. The card you pay with must be yours, and you bring it to the handover.

The CarmaCars Protection Plan is priced in your offer by car and driver age, as one of three options for damage to the car. A deposit is held before each rental; the amount is on the car's page. Everyone who will drive signs the agreement after the licence check.
