Your Shadow and dent repair
Your Dodge Shadow needs dent repair? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Small dents can often be pushed out from behind the panel when the paint is not broken.
What your car means for the work
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If the car has open recalls, a dealer fixes them; ask about them while the car is off the road.
Booking a time
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Need a car meanwhile?
Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
Aftercare
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
When the car is ready
Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover.
Before you drop the car off
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
How the price is set
Paint colours with pearl or metallic finishes can take more work to match. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
