Engine and fuel

The 2.0L 4-cylinder turbo hybrid with all-wheel drive is the powertrain to look at. It is a hybrid: the battery charges itself as you drive and brake, so there is nothing to plug in. All-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, which helps on snow and wet roads; good tires still matter most.

A combined rating of 8.3 L/100 km works out to about 25 litres per 300 km. Expect about $12.87 per 100 km at our price setting.

What the A4 is like

It is a straightforward car to drive, park and live with. For luggage, 340 litres means about two large suitcases and a few soft bags.

Who it is for

It suits client visits, weddings and special weekends. It suits a stretch between cars, by the week or the month.

Can I rent it?

Ask for your dates, and we reply with what we can offer. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. There is no exact match in our fleet today. Request it and we search for one, or take a similar car. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.

Your booking, in three steps

To get started, send a request for the car and dates. You are not charged for it. Our team answers with an offer: the confirmed car, the dates and the full price. If you approve, you pay and the car is yours for those dates.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. The monthly rate covers a booking of up to 365 days. Same-day requests are fine with at least 2 hours of notice, when the car is free.

What we check

An Ontario G2 or G licence and an age of 18 or more are the starting point. Drivers under 26 pay a young driver fee for each day, shown on each car's page. A card in the driver's own name is required at the handover.

Every rate includes third-party liability. The car itself needs one of three options: OPCF 27, a card benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan. The deposit is never taken when you book; it comes about 1 hour before pickup. Every renter goes through the same check of licence and identity before the car is confirmed.
