How we help
We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name.
Keep moving meanwhile
Add a rental to the same request as the repair. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Small things that help
Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
Before the shop starts
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours.
Your move
Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
