If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
What to ask
Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
