Before the shop sees your 528e

How the request works
The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.
Keep moving meanwhile
We collect the rental when your car is back. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Car care, briefly
Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
Talk to a person
Send a request with the car and what it needs, and a person replies within one business day.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
