Emissions test for the BMW 640xi
Your BMW 640xi needs an emissions test? We arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.
Details the shop needs
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
How the arrangement works
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. You approve the shop's quote before any work. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.
Stay on the road
We collect the rental when your car is back. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
Between shop visits
Check that all lights work every few weeks. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
