Your car, your notes
A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
How the arrangement works
We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date.
Keep moving meanwhile
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
Good habits for your car
Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
When you know your dates
Send the car's details and the job, and we take the next step.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
