Emissions test: how we help
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work. For an emissions test on the 2014 Chevrolet Express, we connect you with a trusted shop. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.
Your Express and the shop
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. If you have the service history of your Express, have it ready for the shop. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
How we help
We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date.
A car meanwhile
Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Car care, briefly
Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Getting a clear quote
Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
Your move
Ask in your request, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
Rent a car while yours is in in Toronto
We have no car while yours is in on the site right now. Request one and we look for it for your dates, or take a similar car that is available now.
