Details the shop needs

How we help
We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work.
A car while yours is in the shop
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Add a rental to the same request as the repair. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Talking to the shop
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
Good habits for your car
Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Ready when you are
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
