Emissions test for the 2001 Chrysler Intrepid
For an emissions test on the 2001 Chrysler Intrepid, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and rents you a car while yours is in. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.
Your car, your notes
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
How the arrangement works
You agree everything with the shop before work begins. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven.
Driving while yours is at the shop
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Between shop visits
Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
Before the shop starts
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it.
