Emissions test for the Consulier Industries
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work. For an emissions test on the Consulier Industries, we connect you with a trusted shop. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.
Your car, your notes
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
How the request works
The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Keep moving meanwhile
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Delivery starts at $0 plus distance; collecting the car yourself is free.
A short checklist
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.
Car care, briefly
Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Talk to a person
A short request starts it: the car, the problem, and when suits you.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
