Emissions test for the Eagle VISTA
Your Eagle VISTA needs an emissions test? We do not do mechanical work, but we arrange it and rent you a car meanwhile. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.
Your VISTA and the shop
Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the VISTA. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
How the arrangement works
You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Delivery to your door is available across the Toronto area.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare.
Between shop visits
If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Ready when you are
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
