Emissions test: how we help
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work. For an emissions test on the Ferrari F8, we connect you with a trusted shop. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.
Details the shop needs
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare.
Who does what
Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. You agree everything with the shop before work begins. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name.
Your rental while you wait
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Talking to the shop
Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
Between shop visits
Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
Questions first?
Send the car's details and the job, and we take the next step.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
