Emissions test for the Ford C700
The Ford C700 and an emissions test: CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop, and never does the work itself. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.
About your C700
Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
What CarmaCars does here
We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. You approve the shop's quote before any work. We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop.
A rental while you wait
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Talking to the shop
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
Good habits for your car
Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Let us know
Ask us, and we tell you whether we can arrange it.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
