The steps
We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. You approve the shop's quote before any work. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. Keep moving with a rental while the shop has your car, by the day at our usual rates. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Good habits for your car

Questions to ask the shop
Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour.
