Emissions test: how we help
Emissions test for the GMC Hi-Cube: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.
About your Hi-Cube
Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. If you have the service history of your Hi-Cube, have it ready for the shop.
What we arrange
We can deliver a rental to you while your car is at the shop. The repair is between you and the shop; the rental is with us. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name.
Stay on the road
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Between shop visits
Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
A short checklist
Ask if the shop needs the car for a full day or only a few hours. If a warning light was the reason, ask what the code was and what fixed it. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for.
Still deciding?
Send the car's details and the job, and we take the next step.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
