Emissions test: how we help
CarmaCars does not do this work itself. For an emissions test on the Isuzu F6, we arrange it with a trusted shop or connect you with one. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.
Your car, your notes
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed.
What to send us
Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Small things that help
Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon.
Next step
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
