Details the shop needs
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
The steps
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car.
Keep moving meanwhile
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Getting a clear quote
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up.
Small things that help
Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Ready when you are
Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
