Emissions test for the Pontiac Sunbird
For an emissions test on your Pontiac Sunbird, we arrange a trusted shop; CarmaCars does not do the work. Emissions tests are required in some provinces and states; a licensed shop does the test.
Your car, your notes
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare.
Who does what
We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date.
Keep moving meanwhile
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Talking to the shop
Ask for a written estimate before any work starts. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used.
Small things that help
Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.
Ready when you are
Start with the car, the job and your location.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
Rent a car while yours is in in Toronto
We have no car while yours is in on the site right now. Request one and we look for it for your dates, or take a similar car that is available now.
