CarmaCars does not do this work itself. For an emissions test on the 2001 Saturn SC2, we arrange it with a trusted shop or connect you with one. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.
About your SC2
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them.
How the arrangement works
The shop quotes the job; you approve it before any work. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven.
Stay on the road
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We collect the rental when your car is back. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
What to ask
Ask whether the parts are new, rebuilt or used. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected.
Car care, briefly
Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance.
Let us know
Send the car's details and the job, and we take the next step.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
