About your SC2
If you have the service history of your SC2, have it ready for the shop. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car.
From request to repair
We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one. We do not set the shop's price or promise a date.
Keep moving meanwhile
A rental from us keeps you moving while the shop has your car. Rent for as long as the job takes, by the day or the week. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
Before the shop starts
Ask how the shop will contact you if it finds something unexpected. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies.
Between shop visits
Check that all lights work every few weeks. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive.
Ready when you are
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
