How the arrangement works
The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. You approve the shop's quote before any work. Your request goes to a person, who arranges a trusted shop or gives you its name.
Stay on the road
Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
Between shop visits
Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
A short checklist
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Ask the shop to explain the repair in plain words before you agree.
Make a request
