Arranging the work for the VF 9
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work, but for an emissions test on the Vinfast VF 9 we arrange a trusted shop. Rules on emissions testing differ by province and state.
Before the shop sees your VF 9
If you have the service history of your VF 9, have it ready for the shop. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop.
From request to repair
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car.
Keep moving meanwhile
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
A short checklist
Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.
Car care, briefly
Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter.
Over to you
Send a request: the car, the problem and when suits you.
Request emissions test
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
