Arranging the work for the EX30

A short checklist
If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you.
Between shop visits
Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires.
