Arranging the work for the WAH

Questions to ask the shop
Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Small things that help
Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months.
