Engine bay cleaning: your CF8000
For your Ford CF8000, an engine bay clean starts with a short request. An engine bay clean is done with care around the electrical parts. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together.
The car itself
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
What happens after you ask
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
Keep driving meanwhile
We collect the rental when your car is ready. Add a rental to the same request as the work. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Before you drop the car off
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
After the work
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
How long you are without it
Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
What goes into a quote
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
