The 2015 Ford Flex: Engine bay cleaning
This page covers an engine bay clean for the 2015 Ford Flex, and a rental while the car is with us. An engine bay clean is done with care around the electrical parts. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together.
Size and finish
As a full-size SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
Booking the work
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. You can add a rental to the same request. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
Timing
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.
Keeping it that way
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
Getting the car ready
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
What goes into a quote
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.
