The 1981 Saab 900 for engine bay cleaning
- Body: compact cars (EPA size class).
Your 1981 Saab 900: the work
Your 1981 Saab 900 and an engine bay clean: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together. An engine bay clean is done with care around the electrical parts.
The car itself
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. As a compact car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
The request
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Ask anything about the work in the request. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
Keep your week on track
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Pricing, plainly
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
Looking after it afterwards
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
Getting the car ready
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
When the car is ready
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.
